Basically I have all but given up on Turbine because they for the life of themselves can not get anything straight.
I have 3 accounts. 2 show up as Free, 1 shows up as "trial account"
I can not sub to VIP because they were all at one time subbed. The CC on file has expired and no matter how many times I call them or email they say they fixed the problem but they have not.
None of this would be a problem except they all have the MoM expansion on them.
I want to come back but what are my options? Better yet what would you do?
I have given some thought into just buying the Mithril edition and starting over.
Thoughts?
