In my point of veiw Devs should do things to make all aspects of the game interesting. Why such a focus on end game?
I understand more casual players wanting to see some content they normally dont get to see as well. However as we seen with WoW when that got pissed off because the LFR gear wasnt as good as normal raid gear. Turns out most(not all) casual gamers just want to be at the same level as someone who works harder. So they were made a blizzard because they didnt get their free equal loot for half the work and lower the difficulty.
GUYS!!!!!! This is an MMO if you do not have time to grind and do more stuff as the next guy then you dont get as good of stuff or get to the best content.
This is how a MMO is suppose to work. Now you may say well why should haveing no life get rewarded... while I dont have as much time to play so its limited to me. Well then you need to realize this is a video game... its what they do.
Why should casual gamers get their easy mode and then us more hardcore gamers just burn through content too fast and are bored. How is that fair to us?
Casual gamers have and always will be able to get gear and goodies... just not as soon as the hardcores.
MMO is about the grind..... the bosses that take forever to get down.... the farming of items to craft really rare gear.... the fact that you never run out of anything to do. The last is the most important aspect. An MMO is a never ending game where everyone always has something to do. No matter if your hard core or not.
However especially with WoW.... they aimed it so low that even the casuals are running out of things to do. Im not hating on casuals at all and I enjoy playing with casuals, but even in real life do you expect to get that promotion or bonus for doing half the work as the next guy?

I get the impression that your post was supposed to be a reply to something else.
If you're in the endgame, then it means that you've run out of interesting things to do. That's nearly the definition of the endgame. It doesn't particularly help the matter if there are still more uninteresting things to do--particularly if players who do the boring things get unbalanced rewards that breaks other content that could have been interesting.
Your post basically sums up as, stop complaining that the game is bad. The game is supposed to be bad. You should learn to like bad games instead of wanting the game to be good.
I disagree. If someone works harder to get something why should someone else get the same thing for less work?
That was the point the OP was making. Casuals got to raid by making a lower difficulty. They then bitched because they didn't get as good of gear? So what I see here is that casuals are lying pieces of shit. They didn't want more content. They wanted the same rewards for nothing as people who put in work.
being a hardcore gamer doesnt mean rush through a game in a couple of days to get bored because theres no end game.... all who do that is doing it wrong. I dont consider myself hardcore because i rarely reach end game in mmos and i suck at competitive pvp so i rarely participate. I do play many hours so im not sure if that counts as hardcore. I still think im casual. Now, in my very personal opinion i would say a hardcore player would put more hours in the game to actually know the entire game rather than rushing in a couple of days to reach end game and get the best end game gear... that doesnt sound hardcore at all, specially when they know theres no endgame and still get mad at it. Why no take the time the get to know your game, explore, get used to all the environments and combats and crafting, pvp and pve, etc...rushing has no fun.
