problem with live chat feature

hey

i have been trying to access the live chat feature on this site and can not, no matter what i try.  if i select the "embedded in screen" option i get a blank chat window with a small x in the top left corner.  if i select the "floating window" option i get an error report say something to the effect of: browser height error.  i have run out of ideas on how to fix this problem.  i have also emailed my problem but have not had a responce yet.  any help with this, would be greatly appreciated.
