Is Runescape worth coming back to?

I've been thinking of starting to play Runescape again,but I really don't know if the game is worth coming back to..I started playing in around mid 2005. I had a blast when I was playing...from learning how the game worked etc...I primarily quit because I was getting bored with the game and I didn't like most of the updates Jagex was releasing. I haven't played the game in years (I still logged on every now and then to talk to friends but that was about it I didn't pay any attention to any of the update)

Now from what I understand the game is overran by bots and it's very easy to level up etc..
I'm thinking of returning because lately I've been getting some nostalgia about my early days of playing Runescape. But wondering facing the disappointment.

So,is Runescape worth coming back to?

You know, runescape have the free version, you can always try it.

Runescape is overrun by bots again.

Combat sistem remade, it is not the dull point and auto atack anymore.

Total lack of customer suport. people told if you buy enought runecoins they open customer suport for you.

Now you have tiers of subscription.

They have plans to make end game content. As you know the max lvl is 99, but we only have lvl 80 boss at max.

Runescape is puting more and more microtransactions. Recently salomon shop started to sell usefull pets and bank space. That means they are starting to openly sell power.

Recently squeal of fortune offered very strong weapons for lvl 1-60. For a new acc this is a great advantage.

 

Runescape is another game now, it looks like runescape from 2005, but have really changed.

Well to tell you the truth i myself got back to Runescape and so far its been pretty good but there is a tremendous amount of bots which could be really enoying, but the answer to your question is yes go back but only if u have at list one friend to talk to.

only if you really love outdated game with low level graphic, full of bots, gold sellers, scammers, angry players (most at f2p).

or if endless grind is your best game pleasure.

to chat with friends, if they still come there, IMO better from game lobby (at least how I do it + I check my account time to time).

LOL no please do yourself a favor and DO NOT return. It's bad..like you might aswell go out and buy guild wars or WOW...RS is now a hybrid of WOW guild wars w/ horrible graphics.
