Does good gear and weapons drop from Mobs or does it need to be crafted ?

Is the gear BOP/BOE or without restrictions ?

Is there an active auction house server wide ? 

How much does the difference in gear affect PVP ?

No gear drops off of mobs, just crafting stuff.

Gear is BoE.

No not really there is a way to see what people have in the stall but not yet a global auction house type system

Gear is less of a factor than your skill level by far

atm people have sh... gear, later items with 8 upgrades make big difference

 

for example 3rd internal skill of beggars at 36lvl give You 160brawn (str) in items You may have additional 240 which makes beggars very strong
