Just once wish someone would actually make their best damn effort to release a polished ready game.

There is no such thing when taking into account the number of variables they are working with, multiple video card makers, video card models, video card drivers, routers makers, models, router os, windows versions, etc...

The list woud go on for days. Look at a game like Everquest that released in 1998? It still gets bug patches. It part of the deal when trying to make millions of variations of PC, and communications play together.

    I call Bul SHIT!

If they can fix it 6 months down the road thru endless patches then there is ZERO reason they can't fix it before they release.

Normally yes, in the case of Defiance it actually has a reason most MMOs and games don't. The TV show launches in a couple of days and contained episode missions that expire when it does. While all games seem to be rushed to launch (GW2 being one of the few exceptions) Defiance is one of the few that had a legitimate excuse.

I'm not talking a bug that maybe pops up with some added content, or a bug that pops up due to a new headset or operating system.

I mean just sitting here running things through my head I can think of no other products or service in the world where it is acceptable to send a KNOWN broken, bugged, or flawed product to market.

None, why because of consumer protection laws...

So why should video games be given this free pass that nothing else in the world is given..

I mean even other software is not given the pass that video games are..

Then you obviously have never used a Windows Operating System.....

Show me one piece of software that works 100% of the time, on 100% of the system configurations out there, with 100% of the user ability levels....

     Won't happen. Never. Not ever.

IT HAS BUGS! THEY COPIED WoW!!!

    Not so nice guy!
