I think this will bring a VERY unique aspect to the game as well as a great twist to it. I really like the idea of using disease as a weapon to try and capture a settlement/keep just like how they did in the old days. Very cool!

Wonderful. I'm sure a plague would contribute to a world event and giving healers something to do.
