Ahhh the memories... Standing there minding your own business, looking through your hand drawn maps only to glance at the screen and see some human suddenly appear out of nowhere in front of you, stand there for a second and then see him crumple to the ground with that "Uh! uh-uuhhh..." sound.

That was awesome. On kind of the same thought I hope they put alcohol tolerance back into the game too. Was fun having lowbie drunken races through Kelethin to see who could actually make it through. Those were the days right there.

Played: EQ1 (10 Years), Guild Wars, Rift, TERA
Tried: EQ2, Vanguard, Lord of the Rings Online, Dungeons and Dragons Online, Runes of Magic and countless others...
    Currently Playing: GW2

Each city reflected the races personality, something I really hope to see in EQN.

Do you want a totally new take on all the cities, or do you hope they go back to the original concepts?

It peaked my interest so looked it up, looks pretty simliar in a good way

As far as cities and Norrath in general I think this is a great question.  My guess, and hope, is that they pull from the idea that there are infinite realities for Norrath because of the Discord.  Because of this EQN's Norrath (or *gasp*, each seperate sever as time goes on...) can have all of the places and features of EQ/EQ2 but slightly different so we look for the diffrences.
