Anyone get the collector's edition rewards yet?

in Final Fantasy XIV

I got the onion helm in the mail (from having CE from 1.0) but none of the new rewards for 2.0 yet. 

 

Has anyone else gotten them yet?

    don't you have to put codes in for 2.0 so the system knows to give you the stuff?

    No there isnt a place to even put in the preorder codes until the 20th. CE wont happen until release so those wont be available until release.

    You're not supposed to get these until official game release.
