Do not preorder from the square enix store. It's been 13 hours since my preorder and still haven't received my early access code (Eu region)

I preordered from amazon.

 

Right after I preordered, I went to my mail and they had sent me the code already.   It took them about 30 seconds if even.

It's fine got my friend's early access code, since he wont be playing till tuesday anyway

I got into their official site but it keeps asking me for my email address and password.  When I put in my information it says "invalid credentials".  I don't get it because I can log into my account with that same information and it works fine....

Didn't have to use my email for eu site. Try using your username instead

This might not be the best advice but you can always buy it from a cd key webshop..

Make sure you take a legit site though.

any got a link the the client download? I bought the game but I cant see where to download it. Have the confirmation email and everything. Hungover as hell, which isn't helping.

I got mine from Amazon, took only 2min to get my code and it worked fine by the second day that SE fixed the issues with the redemption page.

Same here.  Got one instantly from Amazon, but I don't know if they are still doing EA codes or not.  You would have to check.
