cant logon and SOE account page errors out on me
heya folks.
anyone else having the same or similar problem with their EQNLM?
I logged on last night (i have the 60$ pack) and saw the welcome video and everything but the game errored out which i learned was because it was down for maintenance. fine.
i logged in this morning and got the error: your account "isnt authorised to access the game at this time"
this led me to hit the "my account" link which led me to discover that i could not access the SOE my account page: i just get a blang white webpage, the graphics on the page dont even load.
anyone else?

They have said that they will keep the servers down till they get a working patch for some of the major problems.
Biggest headache for them right now is that the servers are very unhappy about the fix they wanted to put in for player claims problem.
Another area they are fixing is to raise the number of players cap by 50% (7,500 players on a server at once?) to help fix the log in backlog and starter players being spawned in high level zones.
yeah i know alphas and massive downtime go hand in hand. i was just nervous because the way the errors appeared, with the inability to login to my account, kinda felt like maybe something had happened to my account...

Lol, yeah it's not just you.
Since I couldn't play Landmark tried to login to EQ2 and I couldn't for a while, finally got in and planned on claiming my Landmark flag and running around with it, but the store is down, so it seems they are having random ripple effect across the board.
