    No early access though but I'm fine with that still get the month free and the explorers pack.

    Unless you are Apple Computers you have to pay Income Tax in both locations.  So if I made $100 and the tax in the US is 5% and the tax in the EU is 5%, I would have to pay out $10.

     

    If a US company sells in the US it pays on the 5%, just like a EU company would only pay that 5%.  So it really depends on your corporate taxes for the average EU country.

     

    Also look at it this way too.  If the website sells it for $34 instead of $59, we can assume that the money that ZOS actually gets for any non-ZOS sell is less than $34 a box.  The 3rd party website has to make money off the $34 so it's less than that, compound that with the fact, slice off 10-15% in income taxes, pay for distribution of hard copies, etc and so forth.  ZOS just priced the game at regular retail price for games.  What 3rd part resellers do is up to them on how much of a hit they want to take, some online resellers price at rock bottom prices just to get their name out there, especially with a big release like this.
