I asked the costumer service for a refund 1 month ago, for all the transactions made on my ESO account :
-standard edition
-palomino horse
Due to the bot farm , quest bugs , not being able to log in on the 1st 3 days.
They refunded my palomino horse and didnt answer anything about the standard edition.
Yesterday i contacted them again, and they said there wont be any kind if refund of the standard edition because i leveled to 20!!!! and played for 1 week .
For them its already too long it seems.
Any one managed to get a refund?
I dont want to start a discussion of the quality of the game, everyone has their own opinion, i just need some help.

Meh, what did you expect?
Take your loss, if that's what you consider it and move on. If they aren't worth your time, forget about them.

You already did start a discussion about the quality of the game. By asking for a refund for such ans such reasons. Then posting it here as if ppl here would get into the reasons. Because you clearly have no grounds for a refund.

It was not a free trial.
They gave everyone extra time on the free month to make up for the downtime, 5 days I believe.
You played for a week and got to level 20, they should not give you a refund. Next time do some research before you buy, not play for a week and then decide. They held up their end of the bargain, you buying it and a week later wanting a refund does not put them on the hook for one.
Indeed. The huge invasion of gold selling exploiters is not the responsibility of the MMO company. While they do make everyone who buys the game digitaly sign the TOS before they can play, wherein such behavior is strictly forbidden, it's not up to them to actually enforce it.
The botters, plus bugs and unfinished features at launch in any MMO these days are inside the acceptable launch parameters. These companies are not required to give you anything better for your money. So sorry but in future when considering the purchase of an MMO game I guess it's best to remember the caveat "buyer beware". Or perhaps more honestly, "A fool and his money are soon parted."
