I've been a huge fan of the OMD franchise since the first game. I played OMD2 to death. I founded OMDU as soon as it was announced. I like to kill orcs in creative ways, I like getting high scores, I like co-operation, I like beating enemy heroes. I love it all!
Loved the first two, but even with OMD2's COOP something was missing. OMD-U really fixed that with up to 10player 5v5. The variety of the game blows me out the window, a lot more heroes with 3 different roles and a large amount of traits to customize your playstyle in each of the roles. I've been having a blast with this game and will continue to have.
Enjoyed the OMD1&2 now this just means playing OMD with friends no matter if it's PvP or PvE. Not sure how much time I have spend on the game and will continue to.
Been a fan of the games for quite a while so far loving the game i think have 50 hours in now it would be more but Work gets in the way in what little time i have to play the game is always on the mind while at work i just want to go home and play its alot of fun
The PvP is actually amazing. Really fun at a casual level with a lot of depth if you want to take it a bit more seriously. Had great experience talking to the devs about bug reports, all the people involve seem really passionate about the game and it's not even out of beta!
I remember playing OMD1 and OMD2 quite a while ago. I finished both of the games and wondered how would it be to play with friends. None of my friends at the time was interested in that kind of game therefore I had nobody to play with. I absolutely loved all this orcs being crushed and pierced by various traps. It was the most satisfying view.
As soon as I saw OMD:U in the Steam Store - My heart jumped. Could it be true? My beloved game is coming in an online version? Installed the game without hesitation, played it like a maniac.
Thank You very much, I thought this day will never come. I can die happy now.
I've played the first two Orcs Must Die games and thoroughly enjoyed them. I've enjoyed the changes the third one adds to the series and have been playing it non stop for the past week.
I loved the first two OMD games and also enjoy some mobas. OMDU is simple enough to understand but still a load of fun. I also love doing the survival mode as a throw back to the first game.
It's a twist on the old ways. Now there is a sense of achievement by collecting the materials required for a trap as well as almost every other item in the game. The fact that more characters to choose from and at a rotating frequencies means always getting something new.
I love Orcs Must Die: Unchained mainly because of the crafting elements, I love being rewarded for playing and working towards something. The skins for the characters are amazing, even the character level 50 and 100 skin unlocks. I love the different wide range of heroes and abilities. I most of all love being hooked!
i love OMDU the pve is fun have not done the pvp rly still farming up mats for everything why i love this game its alwas diff never the same building diff and the farming is nice endless 70mils game
OMD Unchained's Survival mode, for me, is really fun. While using some of the new characters for the first time, a lot of other players give me advice on how to use their abilities strategically! Gabriella's my fav ever since OMD2, she's great with traps.
The continuation of a quirky and offbeat series, OMD!U brings the fun of tower defense to MOBA style games. I loved both of the previous titles, and have found myself playing game after game of Survival Mode, concocting absurd kill-boxes with the other heroes. There's nothing like staring into an orc's eyes as he approaches your hallway of doom, knowing that today will be his last.
Siege is also a refreshing change in the world of MOBAs, allowing players to determine the minion pattern and even unleash bosses on each other. Watching helplessly as an enemy Swiftyhooves barrels straight through to your rift is simply disheartening, but that just makes dropping him on your opponents that much sweeter.
All in all, I'm looking forward to smiting orcs and listening to Smolder's dubious pickup lines for many moons to come.
I have been with OMDU for about 8 months and it has been some of the must fun I've ever had.
Being able to use any hero in any role with any traps and every one is still pretty even is amazing. It must have taken an incredible amount of time to balance out the hero's. The different modes also allow people who like the original orcs must die, still experience the original format and people who like pvp get to enjoy siege. OMDU also is pretty balance on how you craft different items, it has no timer which lets you enjoy your item as soon as you get and it doesn't take that long to get all the items. Currently this game has to be one of my favorites of all time.
I have played the game since its release and did everything to close the game 100 % on steam when it released out.Played the beta in the closed and open , donot have the money unfortunately to pay, but would like to receive the codes to continue playing and taking advantage of this wonderful franchise
