Both are going down in October, ASTA on the 4th, ELOA in mid Oct. Although based on postings from Webzen staff, it sounds like the developer (Npicsoft) may be self publishing the game here, and our character data will be provided to them. ELOA also from what I can see is still being published in Korea, ASTA although was shut down there.
