Because this game hasn't gone the cartoony look, does this mean it will quickly look very outdated?

Some of the environments look really great in ESO, it's the painted on clothing and armor that I think looks terrible and sticks out like a green hat with an orange bill, and that awful grass that's always facing you like the creepy ghost eyes in an old portrait. Even WoW has better grass than ESO.
