As a final prelude to the inevitable launch next week, Ubisoft led this past weekends’ Open Beta as an unexpected love letter to Division players. Despite maintaining a fairly limited scope that falls in line with what we saw in the Private Beta, Ubisoft proved that they are all ears when it comes to making concessions on their original design to make their players happy. The long journey from New York to Washington D.C. has almost finished, but is the Open Beta enough to curtail fears of a problematic launch?

Yeah, they reused plenty of old assets from the first game. Exactly what you do when you are making an expansion. Plus all the dlc and season pass, $100 for The Division Expansion: Washington D.C.
This isn't that type of game. Not every game has to be like black desert online or vindictus. Developers with horny thoughts pretty much always make crap games.
Didn't have any issues other than the client freezing when I quit or some sound issues here and there.
Nothing gamebreaking.
PvP was awesome and there were so many things to do in PvE... I loved that you could roam around exploring, collecting loot and random things to do would pop up.
NPCs are smarter than the first and which made the game challenging.
Making mistakes are almost always punished.
The detail of the in-game world was astonishing... very immersive.
I thought I'd miss the snowy setting of the first but I loved the weather effects in the beta.
Fighting in rainstorms felt really great
I didn't really like any of the three endgame specifications though...guess I'll wait for the ones released on the year 1 pass.

I have 12 Hrs played and had no issues on PC. The only thing that was kinda funny is the Cover bug Words being backwards, LOL.
Maybe those "People" need to upgrade their Commodore 64's or switch from Console to PC.

Original has better setting, better animations, less ugly female toons and cost 3-10 times less depending on sale.
Thank you for your time!
Edit: That, plus all the gameplay i watched ran at like 15 fps.
Skill based? So 1 shot to the head equals kill? Didn't think so... Whoever has better gun (better gear) kills with less shots. Same old division 1.

You're not wearing futuristic vibranium metal armor. You don't have space alien technology energy shields. Why are you taking 20 shots to the face and still alive and kicking?
This game is 1000% turn off.
It never was.
It balances realism with scifi to create interesting gameplay.
Not sure why that's such a hard concept to understand.

And that doesn't work for modern guns with modern settings. Not sure why that's such a hard concept to understand.
It works for The Div, Apex Legends, Quake, Unreal Tournament, Titanfall, Call of Duty, Battlefield, etc etc etc

Even the guy doing the preview notices it towards the beginning. It's very clunky/jarring
