Your money was spent 7 years ago on peoples salaries; you arent getting it back.
Whats more likely is CIG banning you entirely from the game at this point and you wouldnt be eligible for a refund due to your conduct.

Hah - Literally, no matter what news article I post on, he comes along, and tags/references me. Then I respond, and get told i'm harrassing/cyber stalking.
All because his pledge ship (at the time of pledge, $600USD), isn't an i-win pledge - which it was never meant to be, even 8 years ago.
Dudes only got himself to blame, but seems obsessed with blaming everyone but himself.

It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'

I do care about these forums and how we interact however, and you have had a very, very bad start. I couldn’t care less about how much money you donated to CIG, because that is all you really did. As did I.

It also enjoys calling people out for irrelevant personal rants which no one else cares for.
This community loves to laugh, the only question is it laughing with you, or at you?
SC is a game in development which is taking a very long time and is going down a path no one ever predicted when it first started many years ago.
Many love it, some hate it, most have no stake in it so it's just something fun to discuss as time marches on.
Promises were made, many long since broken, only thing left for everyone, even yourself is to ride it out until it's conclusion, assuming we all live that long.
Good luck with your lawsuit, I've read a few stories of some folks succeeding in getting refunds, perhaps you'll be one of the lucky few, but overall it's not been the way to bet.
What I'm almost positive is the 870 will never be what you wanted, so yes, slag it, trade it, walk away entirely from it and do something else with your life which makes you happy, clearly this doesn't for sure.
Or keep complaining about it everywhere you can, your choice of course but don't expect to be any better received than those preachers in front of my local courthouse who shout their message to all who pass and probably annoy far more than they save.

Essential Meaning of harass
Literally, no one cares if you were stupid enough to spent 7-8k on pledges that you clearly completely failed to read and understand.
What people care about is they dont have to listen to your incessent squealing like a stuck pig because you've been banned from every forum you frequent, because you made a mistake 7 years ago and want to blame someone other than yourself.
Also Star Citizen has run so many free fly promotions that everyone who wants to play it has been able to play quite a lot whether they own the game or not.
We should try to focus on Star Citizen, but that means everyone you included should stop it with the inane attempts of telling that someone else isn't allowed to talk.
