No it said it was for the sneak peak. They never said anywhere (atleast not to my belief) that the sneak peak access keys were going to be sent to peoples emails who signed up. It said in the forum that the 4000 accounts are going to be won by a couple contents , one was the character background thingy , were you just write a little RP profile on the character your going to create and play and then there was A whole bunch of others.

meh not really. At least this way you'll have the client when it does go full open. Can open it up and update it from time to time so you'll be ready to go. Not that big of a deal nooblet

I just found out these guys are on a low budget, not only that the GM's and head people who post on the forms are kind of stupid (most of them). Members basically solved problems with the patches and they didn't do squat.
Damit i can't even sleep thanks to this dam game and i have school tmr its been aprox 8-9 hours since i signed up at the rf site still no key...all they sent me is this dam RF Registration Successful letter omg
they say the keys have been sent but no annoucement. I swear they have bad management. They even update the torrent and tell no one about it. Like I said, us members are doing all the work. These guys are lazy.
T.T It's no go. I heard from my resources from Codemasters and RF Base that this Sneak Peak is only for 4k winners who got activation keys. If you havent gotten the key yet you won't be able to play until November 18th from what I heard.

Actually in my opinion the sneak peak was a very good idea for them to do. If everyone played for a month before the full game release not many would play in the release due to the lack of interest period that happens after 1 month of playing. Notice how the Open beta is only 2 weeks long.
What this is really going to do is generate hype in the philippines since most of the people who got the 4k keys were owners of cyber cafe's. So it gives a very broad amount of the population a taste of the game without stressing out the servers or giving them too much a taste of the game.

To be able to patch the game, you need to set your windows time to +8 GMT, which is Hong Kong. Then you have to reinstall the game. Afterwards you should be able to patch it without getting the "redownload the client" error message.

No were talking about just being able to download the client not patching. None of us are able to d/l the actual game even and I tryed setting to +8 GMT Hong Kong but it still wont d/l.

Question, if anyone knows the answer: Will US RF Be p2p, or f2p? cause I hope it doesn't go like most mmo's and be evil by going p2p.
