Setting up account from outside US?

in Final Fantasy XI

Hi ive pre-ordered my copy of ffxi in the uk and should have it soon, however ive heard when you put in your address at the account details section there is no option for outwith the us and canada, so how do i get around this? Do i simply put a fake address? Would this cause probs as my CC is at a different address?

Any help would be much appreciated, thx

    Your real address should be fine. After all, the US importers were able to play the Japanese version.

    yeah thats what i presumed but apparently theres no option for a country of residence outside the US, so could lie about country but then would i need a valid zip code?

    Its ok image problem solved you can make up your address the first time your asked, they ask you again at cc details and uk is a option, thx all who helped.

    What about Australia ? Can you select it's country details ?
    I remember in Asheron Calls 2 (god forbid) it didn't, I had to put in a fake address, and it happen to be the UK, and it charged me in Pounds on my credit card, and knowing the Australia dollar is 3x as less as the Pound, it hurt.

    Hope there is, if not, they bloody better get it :)
