HELP.... ERROR

in Final Fantasy XI

Please, i just received and i spent 2 hours installing and when i go register and when i give my creditcard number, after i press NEXT the give one message saying that happened a Error and they ask to wait a while and try again.... but it doesnt work.... image

Can Somebody HELP ME PLEASE... i and to play that game so bad... and i cant  image

    i put CVM or something like that.... i pass this part and when they show what is the imformation that i want to send... i press NEXT and they send me ERROR... image

    I'm not sure about the credit card. I didn't pay. About the music, you can change the music and the background. There are actually a lot of songs to choose from.

    YEH i finally did it... i called play on-line and they helped me...
