Yesterday I downloaded DoAC's free 14 day trial. Looking for a new fantasy game and thought I'd try this one. After a few hours downloading I finally managed to get the code key to work (The one they gave me did not work but the one I got from clicking MMORPG's download banner did!) and entered the game. I did go to their game guide to get some idea of the game but couldnt find info on game controls-im sure its there but.....Anyway. entered the game, got a character created (wide race choice...average features controls but no clothing or color controls).
Visually the looks are similar to the Tantra game in style. Lag hits here and there. Sent my character on Beginners Quest (Tutorial) and completed parts 1 and 2. At part three the NPC (guard) gave me directions for a delivery but gave me no item to carry. He also pointed out directions to NPC target for delivery but when i finally went to talk to that NPC he wouldnt recognize me and the quest journal provided showed no Quest. Got tired of that after a while so wandered out the try come combat (Conjuror). Attacked mob that was grey(easy meat) and found u have one shot at getting your attack spell of and then you are jumped and interrupted, even by a mob supposedly easy training for a newbie like me (grey co;or). Had to finish it off with staff....fine but i created a spellcaster, not a melee ftr! So much for any solo play, even at the tutorial level.
Still stuck in tutorial without that third mission with no idea what to do. Going back in today to see what I can find. No idea how to send in-game petition (no /petition didnt work) so will first try to find out from their website.

If you're looking for help with DAoC then why not post this over in the DAoC forum? Those guys will be more than happy to help you out.
You're just going to get a bunch of negative feedback if you post this in general, no help at all. People just troll here looking to grandstand their opinions.
