RF PvP vs. WOW PvP.....

I played RF and have cancled my account already...yes, before the free month is up....i never got into the PvP part of the game...that being said...from the little ive seen and the posts ive read...i find it really hard to believe that this game's PvP is better than WOW's.....Why would anyone want play this game for the PvP when WOW's PvP system is soo much better? What is it about grinding from hell, spamming Pots, and clicking one button that gets some peoples blood going?
what im trying to say is RF blows...lol!

I hate wow, i think it makes people stupid, wow blows. everyone who plays it seems to have short man syndrome, people are going to leave your game for greener pastures, i did. in addition if wow is so great why are you trying other games, most likly for the same reason i did, wow blows. i often found more enjoyment watching the disney channel with my daughter. Please focus your energy on over-rating wow and post with the other wow fan bois in the wow forum.
this game is different, if your not ready to get out of the diapers keep playing wow

RF will never reach the heights of popularity that WOW has had...so fanbois like yourself can have at it...some people drive porches...and others are happy with POS Kias...knock your self out with this POS game...lol....PVP summed up on RF....Spam-pots...click right mouse button...spam pots..click, click, click....mind you, that you never need to move becuse everything hits....spam pots, click, click....rines repeat.....have fun loser.
I really don't understand how you can base your oppinnion entirely on someone else's. you haven't seen anything of the game yet, because you quit way to early, so the only things you know are the things you heard. WoW's pvp system is not better then RFO's, and RFO's is not better then WoW's. their DIFFRENT. RFO requires the faction to work together because of the potion spamming, which makes 1 vs 1 pvp impossible, while WoW is more based on 1 vs 1 pvp. yes, I know there are battlegrounds but they are not as massive as RFO's chipwars.
and while we're at it? what makes Wow so fun? its the same grind, except in WoW your capped much faster and you have to return to an npc once in a while. you don't need to hit much buttons either. both games have their up and downsides. If been a dedicated WoW fan for over a year and I am now enjoying RF online. I honnestly can't say WoW is much better. tough I have to admid Blizzard put a lot more work in Wow then CCR did in RFO.WoW feels much more.."complete". it feels like a world and that is what is missing in RFO. and you will notice the diffrence.

That "completeness" tips the scale in WOWs favor.....Wow is sooo much deeper than RF....from the get-go, you feel apart of the story in WOW.....RF feels and plays like a bad consol game.
If you enjoy leaving your regular pos life to engulf yourself in a fantasy word that most closely resembles euro disney land play wow. the game is for those just likle you, i will continue to play rfo because i have to fight other people, not mobs that turn in cicles that i can take out with my cotton swab +3 so that i can get red armor.

I think I saw this guy quit... He had played for 3 days, and suddenly he was the expert of the game. And only other MMO was WoW and somehow he thinks that makes him an expert of MMOs.

I figure it was that or that rfo could potentily out rank wow, as it seems half of its players feel compled to try other games. The kicker is when a game presnets a challenge they run crying back to their mothers teat ( aka wow ) and bash the games in their forums.
All I have to say is WOW IS A HUGE PILE OF CRAP play any other mmo. i dont understand why ppl kie it so much. RF looks like a new and refreshing
WOW PVP better? What in gods name ? WOW pvp sucks....how is it better? Even if the pvp system was a monkey slapping you with a stick the more slaps the more points, it would STILL be better then WoW's pvp system. They made it a grind, they tried to mask it with ranks, which then in turn make you grind more, which then in turn leads to the same repeat of capture flag, steal resources, get some kills, finish, sit in que for 2 hours, repeat. Lol
Oh yeah playing an mmo for 3 days and quitting makes you "FAN BOY OF THE YEAR" congrats you can pick up your award at the nearest fan boy club....(Please follow the arrows to the WoW forums.)
i thought the game sucked, but you three broke back cowboys take the cake...enjoy RF...but im not sure which blows more....you three or the game...
I remember PvP in UO and in DAOC were systems where the envrionment for that kind of setting was enjoyable. RF online has cool PvP and even at lower levels I had fun running through the Crag Mine Zone assisting with kills. The UO battlegrounds have level caps and are lagged to shit. This is even after waiting for 2 hours to play in one? At least If I grind for 2 hours or mine for 2 hours before PvPing, I accomplish something.
The fact that you lose contrib points/kill points in WoW after so much time is irksome. You earned them, why shouldn't you keep them? You can lose a rank or more by deciding you want to go on raids for 5 days instead of grinding PvP kills. At least, grinding PvP kills while you can because you can't even play in the BG unless you have "even teams". I was 60 when I tried them out but I saw people screaming at the lower levels to go away next time because they were diluting the team. That's not very sportsmanlike. It isn't very much fun either, for that matter. If you think WoW has a PvP system worth anything than you must be very masochistic.
If you didn't like RF Online try DAoC or EVE where there is a real PvP community and the game is designed for it. Anything is better than WoW PvP.

Well, im really really tired of the WOW vs everything else debate.
TO WOW FANS: WE KNOW YOU LIKE IT. YES IT IS A POPULAR GAME WITH ALOT TO OFFER FOR PEOPLE 12-15.
AS FOR EVERYONE ELSE: we dont need to listen to a bunch of kids, act your age...silly.

The question is not if WoW is better than RF or not. Its not rocket science to figure that a game that is played by 5-6 mil players its way better than a game that won't get more than 50k subscribers.
The real question is why would anyone play RF online for another reason except the look of characters. RF Online its just a bad copy of Lineage2. There is no (0, zero, none) difference between RF and L2, except the pvp, thats copied from WoW, and its way worse in RF than WoW or L2. (PS: i actually think that WoW pvp sucks)
Im not saying WoW rulz play it, im just saying why play a sucky clone instead of playing Lineage2.

You say that WoW PvP is way better than RFO's and you never even played in RFO's PvP? I really can't even credit this with typing more than a few lines. Um, you have no idea what you are talking about. Ever realize why there are so many more negatives on this board then positives? Two reasons...
1. Everyone that likes the game is playing the game, not posting here (I'm at work).
2. No one that plays the game wants the typical audience that comes from boards like this. We really don't want you in the game, it makes us more fun for us when there are civilized and halfway intelligent people.
I don't mind constructive criticism of the game, it could use it. But this is just garbage.
