Neck and back pain when playing MMO for a long time.

Does anyone else have neck and back pain if they play a game to long? For me it takes about 1 1/2 hours and does not go away untill I stop playing. If you do have this, how do you get rid of it, if you can?

    Only in MMOs? So if you like play CS for 2 hours, you feel any pain?

    I suggest you try playing in another chair, adjust on your monitor position, and try sitting in a better relaxed position.

    Yeah I get it after awhile. It's normal although unhealthy. It's just not good for a spine to stay seated in the same position for a very long time without movement. Unless you can keep your back perfectly erected (pretty hard) then you will get pain because your spine is bent. I try and take breaks and I have a blow up ball which is a pretty big one that people do workouts on and I lay back on it and curve my spine the other way and I feel pretty good after about 5ish minutes.

    I do.. scept it stays for days.. I quit all games on comp now cuz of exams
