PvP questions for PSU

in Phantasy Star Universe

First off, is there any form of PvP in this game?  Or is it a complete PvE type game?

 

If there IS PvP, what types?  I am told this game is very comparable to Guild Wars in how it is set up.

 

Is the PvP world PvP?  Is it instanced PvP? Arena battles?  Duel-only PvP?  Open PvP?  A blend?

    There is no PVP. also, there is no such thing as "world" in PSU. everything is instanced.

    actually, the main towns are not instanced (unlike PSO). you can go in there and chat with everyone else that is online in the same area.

    all the dungeons are instanced though.

    Basically when you enter a dungeon, it will be created specifically for you and/or your party. Everytime you enter that dungeon it is re-created for your party, so no one can be or get in your dungeon without a party (so you won't run into other players)

    ah thanks, then i like games 50/50 . I like instanced but for special events or fight only, but when playing in world maps, dungeons or cities... Non instanced please ! :P
