I think mine has to be the Squig Herder from WAR. They were a goblin specific ranged dps with pets. The thing that set it apart from other ranged pet classes was that you could get inside the mouth of your pets for various reasons, usually to escape. I also liked how you had several squigs available to you that had different purposes.
What are your favourite classes and why?

It would be a toss up between Shaman in EQ and my demons/dark mastermind in CoH.

Hard call between Enchanter, Necromancer and Bard in Everquest. Like really hard call. I can not decide, so there you have 3.
Wish modern MMOs would design classes with such beauty. Heroes of the Storm comes close with Sylvanas tho!
MMOs finally replaced social interaction, forced grouping and standing in a line while talking to eachother.
Now we have forced soloing, forced questing and everyone is the hero, without ever having to talk to anyone else. The evolution of multiplayer is here! We won,... right?

Combat classes...pffft!

Mesmer from Guild Wars 1.

And could travel all over Norath through porting spells just like Druid. I loved my Erudite wizard and my Vah Shir Beastlord.
You actually got me on that one.
All fairness not many games have those as mini games or quest lines.
The Druid in Tibia was the first class I ever fell in love with.
Oddly enough, one of my favorite classes ever has been the white mage in FFXI.
Now, which one of you will adorn me today?
Favorite class of all time is: Bear Shaman (the early days) in AoC.
Runner ups: Assassin (EQ2) and Warrior (GW2).
EQ Beastlord.
Also enjoyed Vanguard and WARs classes, both games did something new and interesting with the classes, rather than the generic D&D rubbish you normally get.
I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy, accompanied by an educational system which would be oriented toward social goals.

While this is extremely unconventional, I would love a Pilot style class like the one from Titanfall.
I enjoyed all the load-outs and potential of that character you were playing as. I'd love to see something like it in an MMORPG.
For the uninitiated, they were basically special forces style soldiers with suits capable of wall running, active camouflage, and most of all interfacing with your vehicle (Titan)
I was hoping I could viably use a Asura (GW2) character kind of like this but their elite was underwhelming and not really capable of fighting/comparing to being outside of the suit. Shame.

Dark Elf Female Everquest Enchanter bound to pots. The Firepots exist in Timorous Deep within a sunken area that you had to swim to. For melee you had to get something called The Locket of Escape to bind yourself to it but casters could bind themselves. Here, you have access to 12 firepots that could transport you to 12 different locations around Norath. For most classes it is VERY dangerous if you port into areas of opposing factions as you would ofcourse be KOS by all NPC and guards there.
As an Enchanter, I could take on the guise of any race I wanted and I did alot of faction work besides this. Not only could I hang out in most cities both good and evil save for those of the Iksar, I could become another race at will. Not only that, I maxed all of the crafts save for those that were class/race specific (like Tinkering, Alchemy and Poison-making) Keeping my bind point in the FIrepots area was thus a logical choice. (prior to all of the coming expansions aka POK etc) I made alot of Plat buffing people and enchanting/imbuing metals and mana for crafting.
An Enchanter in EQ1 was probably the most fun I have ever had in any game with any class. You were CC incarnate but also sped up your allies physically and mentally and slowed down your enemies. Also, you had a phantom pet and you could also Charm some pretty nasty things and retain them as pets if you so desired.
For soloing what I'd do is charm, buff my pet (A giant or something else equally nasty) then send it in to attack its equal. I'd root its equal, slow it down and let my pet go to town on it, rinse repeat. I was a very very rich player in the end.
IN a group, I'd buff allies, mez, mem wipe, mez, mem wipe, rebuff etc.
Fun times.
