Not really a completionist going around and finding every single thing in game but I did finish the early Tomb Raider games, Syphon Filter, Max Payne 1 and 3 (cant remember if I finished 2) and Deus Ex Human Revolution.

Wow had to really think about this think it was Pitfall back around 1983 or so.  But my favorite game of my childhood was Dragon Warrior as it is known in the states.

I'd say the first game I 100% was Final Fantasy III (6) on SNES.  Love that game even today!

Thinking about it again, I would say that the first computer game that I ever completed was a text adventure called Pyrmid for the TRS80.

The first Spyro the Dragon.    I started video games older (my age) than most here it seems.

Hmm, not 100% sure. Might be Montezumas revenge, but it might be another game from the same period.

I got into these games and consoles when I had given birth and staying at home. So I think it was either suikoden or breath of fire.
