Yep a controller is almost neccesary. Im using a 360 controller as well I used the default set up and it works great.

I dont think people have had enough time to discover tweaks like this yet. Be patient and someone probably will.

Pretty sure that box with the squares is a gameguard issue I have read that making a seperate windows user profile and running the game in there fixes that.

If I won the lottery or something I would seriously fund a remake of UO with very little changed. Except for copywright issues of course. Thats how bad I miss the feeling that UO gave me.

I dled it looked for mobs for about 20 minutes finally found them, realized it was just click to kill killed like 20 gum drops or something. wondered to ymself, why am i wasting my time here? and uninstalled it

I dont think you should be too harsh on the reds they are part of what makes the game fun and exciting, if the penalties are too severe noone will take part. I think perhaps a bounty system would be an ideal solution. UO had this but it never worked…

PVP without looting is just fighting mobs that are smarter. If you didnt spend 6 months getting your gear ala WoW losing it to a pk doesnt really matter. It works as long as you dont have bs timesink uber gear in the game.

Talk about a lousy community. People complain about little kids on WoW, GTA is like a magnet to 13 year olds. No matter how good they made this game the community would be horrible.
