Bare in mind it's in closed Beta, maybe quests are still being added, there are portions of the game as the storyline evolves which haven't been added yet also I heard.

9 Dragons is set in China during the Ming dynasty and is currently in closed Beta. There's no 'Ninja' clan as far as im aware, but you can use your imagination. Shaolin is among the 9 (i think) clans on offer.
