no talisman trainer in the empire chapter 2 camp. have to go to the capital city or one of the other race battlegrounds and visit a trainer there.

sounds like it may be your firewall blocking access to the server ports. or it could be your isp. if your using a Netgear router than it may be shutting off access to critical ports. Was my biggest issue till i bought a linksys router.
