I have a hard time forking over the monthly fee, I can't beleive they actually get ppl to pay 20$ a pop for things like this. I think I'm getting old, in my mind microtransactions are like 1 to 5$ a pop hehe oh well

Slow leveling, but not due to grind... just so ppl have time to experience the game and not the race to end. I am so tired of seeing everyone and their cousins with 10 top level chars in todays games.

Like eq2 are you able to swap to euro sided servers. My time zone plagues me when it comes to raiding in the west. I'm -04:00 (Atlantic time) this means if the raid ends at 12am PST it's 4am for me.

The GameTrailers review of vanguard would seam to indicate it leans towards hardcore... Darkfall was another one I was looking into BUT the bad reviews around that game scares me.

Can you tell me not to pick up eq2 and just go with the masses and hop on the wow train. I've plaid too many mmo's and now they all seam to look the same, that said wow is just as fun, boring, chalanging as all others out there
