I believe the common trend now is to treat it like a trial. Pre-order and then do a charge back if/when you dont like it.

Why ask troubleshooting questions at this useless place is beyond me as you would probably get more helpful advice on the official forums.... My guess is the server is being patched right now. Not for sure though.
