Well the local Gamestop store told me they have no affiliation with the Online store (interesting...) and that I would have to e-mail their department (haha! sounds connected to me! ) and request the Starter Kit. I should have received it 3 to 4 days after pre-ordering (weeks ago), per their own words. Ugh...
