After this paragraph, I have a serious doubt you ever played Darkfall actually. This is a blatant lie.
Anyone playing more than 3 days must know, you log in AT THE SAME EXACT LOCATION WHERE YOU LOGGED OUT, unless you logged out swimming in water -> that's the only time you're teleported back to bindstone when you log in next time.
I am not gonna discuss your other points, this alone is enough to discredit your whole wall of text.
he gets all his information from from the narrow minded perspective of noobs who don't understand the game. He hasn't even played the game and hates on it based on these false new player impressions. Clearly a wise and intelligent person.
Read up on his post history if you want to make judgement calls on the OP. He is a well known old school Darkfall hater. Not everyone is deserving of your kindness and respect.

If Darkfall is so great, why do players spend their time logged in to the forums to try and argue with "trolls" or "carebears" who don't like the game and convince people that its the best MMO out there?
If Darkfall was/is as fun as the fans say it is, I don't think I'd ever log out. I think that goes to show just how overhyped it is from a fans point of view.

That's a sillyattack against people that actually like the game.
Some people work you know. They can't play the game from work, and might browse game forums from time to time, when there's nothing to do in the work. So they might sometimes defend the game they like from the work.
And who cares if his points are valid or not? Well I do. A few people already posted here, they won't buy the game now when they read it. The review is a biased piece of crap. I already objected three points, which are simply not true and where the OP obviously lied.

I'm not sure what his intentions have been for the past year but you're right, he's been bashing Darkfall for over 900 posts and then comes out with a *cough* "review". Sounds like a troll to me but why spend a year trolling one game? I guess some people have nothing better to do. If I don't like a game I voice my opinion for awhile and then move on but to spend a year bashing one game?

some people are such absoloute losers they will do anything to get a reaction, like going to a game forums and bashing on the game in order to get a reaction. These people are really seeking attention that they aren't getting in their real lives. It doesn't have to be positive attention either, negative attention will suffice as long as it is SOMETHING to make them feel like they exist.
Its really a sad subconcious condition of a pitiful individual and we should be thankful we aren't nearly as pathetic

Yeah I dunno, maybe his actions don't fall under the new warning of "increased moderation"? All I know is, I've left a lot of MMOs over the past year but you don't see me trolling those forums. What's the point other than trolling? Can that really be fun for some people?

If you honestly believe people are going to come on these forums, see his review, then decide not to buy the game, then you, AND that imaginary person are morons.
Read reviews from legitimate websites to determine whether a game is worth playing or not.

Way to completely miss my point.
Look at the popular MMOs that have been released here in the US, the ones you can go pick up at any store(back when it was easier to find PC games in a video game store)
Then look at how many websites covered them.
Then look at how many websites covered Darkfall.
Get my point now?
Darkfall wasn't even worth reviewing for the majority of the video gaming industry.
