greatest game of all time used to be The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the N64, but Nintendo made it 3d for the 3DS, so that's the new greatest game of all time. period.
I'm suprised there aren't more of you who think this way, but oh well.
I posted my favorites before reading the entire thread... wow - there were games mentioned that I loved but have forgotten about.. many. However i will stick what I posted earlier.
I'm also going to add an incredibly underrated and relatively new RPG to the list... Divinity II - The Dragon Knight Saga.
I have been having so much fun with this game. Great writing, great graphics and lots of hidden stuff for the OCD gamer. I have probably used up 10 levels of exp from mind reading everyone I meet.
The game originally released as a buggy mess, but they did a new and improved version like The Witcher did and it runs great. Boost up the antialiasing on your driver side if you can
Is that game part 2 or 3 to Divine Divinity? Do you know? I ask because Divine Divinity was such a good game. The story was great and if that game is part of it....I'm going to buy it on Steam. I noticed it uses the same font in the cover art. I'm thinking they must be related. Can you play it on Windows 7? Sorry for all the questions. I should have just messaged this to you.
On topic: I don't have just ONE favorite game of all time. The other thread with 40 or less games that define you as a gamer....would have to be my answer. It's too restrictive to just choose one.
Playing: GW2 Waiting on: TESO Next Flop: Planetside 2 Best MMO of all time: Asheron's Call - The first company to recreate AC will be the next greatest MMO.
I thnk it was called Star something. Your character started the game buried up to his waist in the street. It was funny and challenging at the same time. Not so great graphics, but great gameplay.
