I hate to say this but: You have been charaged for your pre-order Beta, but there is still a NDA. Anyone want to share there beta experiences here(you have the right now, regardless of the Publishers threats)?

I have to agree with Narrk. Its not the developers fault ,its the publisher who randomly said to them that they had to release it monday and im gunna stick with this game for at least a couple months..
This is no "misfortune". This preorder scam was calculated and vicious. MMORPG community needs to stick together and warn eachother of very un-ethical business practices. They are not publishing for 4 weeks, all you get is a beta.

Where is this philosophy coming from that it's OK if it's the "publishers fault"? You couldn't be deluding yourself more.
The development team and publisher are BOTH horrible... but regardless, it is not healthy to view the two as separate entities. They formed to create this project and should be seen as one in the same, working together to build the game. Despite all this, tiamat IS the 'community manager' AND 'lead designer' therefore the community liaison obviously lies with the development team. It should not be the publisher's responsibility to speak directly to the community.

Some crazy things have been said at Mourning but I can not see any proof that this is real. If this is real info I would like to see a link to this info or were this info came from. Ive never seen the dev team sign anything Dev. There comments always end with Egomancer or tiamat from what Ive seen.

Sure Misfortune might not have bin the best word to use. but i did not mean you trying to worn people about the game mad me sick infact from what i have read it sems more the i was pointing out some of you actuly was happy about how its going for mourning and i did not mention anything about the preorder scam thing. I was talking more about the WEEE mourning is going down atitude that made me sick. and what i meant with misfortune was in fact the misfortune of all of use that have invested in mourning. but hay thats my mistake from not being clear enufe about what i meant with what i wroth. and now we come to one more point that helps me see how this forum work´s ther are alot picking out key words and twisting them in to what you whant it to say. this is not the first time on this forum i have sens somone taking a text and then inturpert it as they fit. ok in this case sens people was talking about the preorder scam i can see how you cod jump to the conclusion and dont blame you for it. but if i where you i wod not try to discredit somone by using a text that dose not clerly state what it is that persone means.

Narrk if you had all your threads that questioned game issues deleted from the mourning forum I think you might have a different opinion about all our anger, and how a company could do somthing like this to a community.
