To whom it may concern,
I am contacting you after reading recent news articles posted on your respective websites in regards to: Realms of Krel, Mourning, Mourning: Realms of Krel, Thrones of Chaos, Era of Shadows, Abyssal Engine, Chaos Engine, Chaos Game Engine, Limitless Horizons, Quad Software, Newrosoft, Loud Ant Software, Loud Ant.
I am concerned at the lack of research being applied before posting articles in relation to the above on your websites. If you can be fooled this easily how can we the readers/customers take any information you provide as accurate?
Colton Burgress of Loud Ant Software is a known con artist. To his own admission, he has attempted and in some cases succeeded in conning unsuspecting organizations and subsequently the fan base supporting those organizations. He as well as his predecessors have been tossing this hot potato of a product from unsuspecting fan base to unsuspecting fan base for some time now. The results have been quite unfortunate with many felt cheated and in many cases resulting in a loss of funds over the pre-order of the product in question. Many of those whom pre-ordered were charged more than once and not refunded. Others including myself were harassed over the internet via and not limited to: e-mail, myspace, IM's and web forums by the parties responsible for this product. While there is no evidence directly proving Mr. Burgress had anything to do with the initial pre-orders he has admitted to being involved in some shape or form with the original developers.
Recently MMORPG.COM and its fanbase were duped into believing this product was legitimate only to be left wondering why the phrase, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." did not slip into mind when dealing with Mr. Burgress.
Fortunately, there is one success that Mr. Burgress can lay claim too, that would be www.3dgirlz.net He has on many occasions exclaimed how much profit he has made off this reputable product...
I implore you to remove the articles in question contained within your websites and place some countermeasures to ensure this does not happen again. Furthermore, I ask that you publicly retract posting of the articles in question to further aid in stopping this self admitted criminal. Unfortunately, some reading this are all ready well aware of the dangers of dealing with anyone affiliated with Colton or his organizations and to date have not placed any articles warning others of these dangers... There is no time like the present.
As a form of media it is important that you do your research, know what you are supporting before you support it. Only then will you be providing a healthy and respectable service for your community.
Below are a few links that I believe are very fruitful for those not aware of what has transpired wishing to learn a little more... This by all means is only the surface of a much bigger haystack. Consult Oregonian authorities and you will possibly find more information about "Loud Ant Software" that further cooperate what I am attempting to convey to you.

He seems to have our company confused us with another one, as we don’t do pre orders of any kind or sell anything that would require a pre order. I bring the "other" companies and the game into this, for in the past we have seen this product sell from one company to another legitimately or otherwise. To date the product in question has not the mere inkling of a bad stigma as you so suggest, it has never turned up anything creditable to it.
The reason why I am "anonymous" in part has to do with the threats of bodily harm or otherwise that I and others received from Colton Burgress

When I google my spelling "Colton Burgess" most of the various articles and interviews from many of the game media sites show up. When I google your spelling "Colton Burgress" mostly MMORPG.com, and your site pop up, only a few darkfall forums and one tentonhammer.com interview show up.
Hope that one of these names is the real deal as I want as much fire power for the authorities as possible. Oh, and it will go somewhere, heh, I mean why else would I be doing this.

I found out why Colton is so money hungry, quick to character assassinate and employ legal threats. He and his family are Scientologists. I'm not sure on what's going on; Do you think there's room to check
sources and legittimacy for 40-60 news per day? Also we're just
reporting third party news, often saying we're just quoting and copying
press releases. I think you're mixing daily newsing with editorials,
which we're mostly not doing. I don't think many people would be
interested in such a story either, I'm hardly following you two

Yes, his statement would hold merit if we were doing this out of some childish lust to see whose is bigger. Fact is we are tired of the "non-journalism" that is taking place and the fact that Ambrosetti just straight passed the buck is evidence to that. I`m not surprised that you got a reply and I didn`t, I just went right into them, no beating around the bush. This crap gets propagated by two or three sites and three or four others bounce the news with no regard to integral news telling. Soon the whole net is buzzing with BS stories and Colton has five more interviews lined up.
Stop passing the buck, do your freaking jobs. You don`t do any research, double check any facts, and regurgitate what other sites post, yet are getting paid to do what you do. Take the money while you can because sooner or later a real game media site with real opinions and real facts will show up and bury you like the pieces of dog **** you are.
